Terms of Use

The simple rules for making and sending Feelos, so everyone who opens one has a good time.

Last updated 30 September 2026

The short version

  • What you create stays yours; you give us permission to host and deliver it.
  • Be kind and lawful: no harassment, scams, explicit content without consent, or other people’s private details.
  • Anyone with a Feelo’s link can open it, so you choose who you share it with.
  • Feelos are free during early access. Once paid, the Feelo promise applies: we fix it or refund you in full.
  • Indian law applies, with courts in New Delhi.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Feelo (feelo.live). By creating an account, making a Feelo or opening one, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Feelo. Questions: [email protected].

Who can use Feelo

  • Anyone can use Feelo. If you’re under 18, you may use it only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
  • Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

What Feelo does

Our studio designs interactive moments. You personalise one with your words, choices and photos, and we host it at a private link you can send to anyone. Recipients can play it and send a response back to you.

Your content

What you create stays yours. So that Feelo can work, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, display and adapt your content (for example, resizing photos or creating a link preview image), only to run, deliver, protect and improve the service, including in backups. This permission ends when your content is deleted, apart from backup copies that are overwritten on a rolling cycle and anything we must keep by law.

We’ll never use your Feelos in our marketing unless you give us separate permission.

Being responsible

You’re responsible for what you create and send. Make sure you have the right to use the names, photos and details you add, especially other people’s, and think about how the person receiving it will feel.

What’s not allowed

Don’t use Feelo to:

  • harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone;
  • share sexual content involving anyone under 18 (zero tolerance: we remove it and report it to the authorities), or send sexually explicit content to anyone who hasn’t agreed to receive it;
  • promote hatred, violence or discrimination against anyone;
  • scam, phish, mislead or impersonate a person, brand or organisation;
  • share someone’s private information or photos without their permission;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • spread malware or anything that harms devices or data;
  • share anything unlawful under Indian law, including content prohibited under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
  • copy, scrape, resell or reproduce Feelo’s templates, reverse-engineer the service, get around its limits or security, or create accounts automatically.

Reports and takedowns

Anyone can report a Feelo with the “report” link at the bottom of it, or by writing to [email protected]. We review reports and may remove content, disable a Feelo’s link or suspend an account, without notice where that’s needed to keep people safe or to comply with the law. We may keep information about removed content for as long as the law requires, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Prices and payment

All Feelos are free during early access. When paid Feelos arrive, we’ll show you the price before you create or pay, you’ll pay once per Feelo with no subscription, and applicable taxes will be shown. We won’t charge you for anything without telling you first.

The Feelo promise and refunds

If a Feelo you paid for doesn’t feel right, just message us at [email protected]. We’ll fix it with you, or refund you in full. Custom Studio Feelos follow the quote, timeline and revisions we agree with you in writing.

What belongs to Feelo

The Feelo name and logo, and the designs, templates, animations, music and code behind every Feelo, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Using Feelo doesn’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Changes and availability

We’re always improving Feelo, so features may change, pause or be retired. We work hard to keep Feelo running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. If we ever stop offering Feelo or a feature your Feelos rely on, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.

Disclaimers

Feelo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make promises beyond those in these terms. We aren’t responsible for how a recipient responds to a Feelo, or for content other people create and send.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Feelo isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

If someone makes a claim because of your content

If someone makes a claim against Feelo because of content you created or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.

Ending your use

You can stop using Feelo any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your use ends.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there’s a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; most things can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in advance about significant changes. Continuing to use Feelo after changes take effect means you accept them.

Grievances and contact

For complaints about content or about Feelo, or any other question, write to [email protected] with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. To report a specific Feelo, use the “report” link at the bottom of it.
